The last days of the season are spent in Port-en-Bessin: pumpkins, a sweet hunt and a fancy-dress party for the children, then a swim in the covered, heated water park, between Bayeux and the D-Day beaches.

One of the nicest campings I have experienced. Very good and clean infrastructure, lots of activities and accommodations especially for children. I was also charmed about the quality of the restaurant and the overall excellent service.
Everything was lovely but the single beds sqeeked when you moved so not a good nights sleep.
My wife and I loved Portland - beautiful surroundings, amazing accommodation, fabulous facilities and so well maintained and cared for. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly too. We have already started recommending to family and friends.
We have stayed on several Yelloh sites but Portland is now at the top of our list of favourites. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the general facilities and layout of the site were way beyond our expectations, and our pitch with private facilities…
